Our Story
16 July 1991
Practical Trading Company Limited is a limited liability company founded by Mr. Charles Axisa and Mr. Steve Sullivan at the end of 1991. The company was registered under the Commercial Partnerships Ordinance on the 16th of July, 1991.

In December 1991, Practical Trading began importing detergents and some confectionery from abroad, employing only three staff members: a sales representative, a delivery driver, and a clerk. At the time, the company operated from a small warehouse in Qormi. In 1995, Practical Trading moved from Qormi to larger premises at Tal-Handaq, L/O Qormi (Industrial Estate).

Today, Practical Trading imports high-quality brands from all over Europe, such as Pascual (Spain), Borges (Spain), Sammontana (Italy), Enervit (Italy), and Amica (Italy). These brands are now well established in the local market.
